(hereinafter referred to as "Tuotian Aluminum") was officially launched! This marks a crucial leap forward for Tuotian Aluminum on its path toward intelligent manufacturing.

II. Project Core: Over Ten Modules Driven by Business Integration
Against the backdrop of "intelligent manufacturing," "cost reduction and efficiency enhancement," and "full-chain controllability," Tuotian Aluminum chose to cooperate with our company for in-depth informatization upgrade, building an ERP digital platform covering core and auxiliary businesses.
This project focuses on the industrial chain characteristics and warehousing control needs of Tuotian Aluminum, centering on the goals of "strong planning, fast circulation, strict inventory, and precise costing," with the following functional modules prioritized for launch:
1. Merged Order Production Management
Given Tuotian Aluminum's characteristics of high standardization and numerous but scattered orders, orders for similar products are consolidated and batches merged to achieve batch production. This has yielded remarkable results in reducing costs, improving production efficiency and product quality, shortening overall production cycles, and enhancing order delivery reliability.
2. Thermal Insulation Strip Production + Inventory Management
Full-process control from raw material ordering, production process, to finished product warehousing for thermal insulation strips has been established, enabling production batch traceability and ensuring stable product quality and order delivery timelines.
3. Sample Window & Corner Code Production and Inventory Management
Based on BOM structure, full-process control from ordering, production process, to finished product warehousing for sample windows, along with complete corner code supporting production and inventory management, has been achieved. This improves sample window output speed and enables piece-rate wage calculation during production, greatly enhancing internal production control efficiency.
4. Fixed Asset Digital Management
Full lifecycle management of fixed assets has been introduced, covering asset procurement, acceptance, depreciation, disposal, maintenance, and changes, creating digital records for equipment assets.
