Through order management, full-lifecycle management of requirement entry, tracking, and closing is achieved. Planning management automatically generates optimal production plans based on order requirements and capacity data, supporting collaborative scheduling across multiple processes and workshops.
2. Multi-Process Production Management
Covering core production processes such as extrusion, sawing, stamping, and CNC production, it collects data in real time on production progress, pass rate, and equipment status, synchronously controls the flow of semi-finished products between processes, and supports the full-process management of outsourced processing orders including issuance, progress tracking, and quality acceptance.
3. Full-Link Procurement Management
The full process of purchase order issuance, follow-up, and arrival inspection is tracked online, automatically synchronizing the inbound data of material warehouses and cast rod management, enabling data interconnection among procurement, production, warehousing, and finance departments, and significantly improving procurement efficiency.
4. Quality and Delivery Control
Building a full-process quality traceability system from IQC incoming inspection, IPQC in-process inspection to FQC finished product inspection; packaging management standardizes finished product packaging standards and processes, and accounts receivable management enables receivable reconciliation and payment tracking to ensure fund security.

Through real-time tracking of processes such as extrusion, deep processing, and CNC, the N6-ERP system makes the entire production process transparent and controllable, shortening production exception response time and significantly improving the product pass rate.
