本次 N6-ERP 项目服务对象为山东豪门铝业有限公司（以下简称 "豪门铝业"），公司成立于 2004 年，是一家集铝合金建筑型材、工业材的研发、设计、生产和销售于一体的综合性企业。公司总投资 10.9 亿元，占地 26.6 万平方米，综合生产能力达 10 万吨。豪门铝业将科技进步与自主创新作为企业核心发展战略，产品远销全球市场，获得海内外客户高度认可与信赖。
The N6-ERP project serves Shandong Haomen Aluminum Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haomen Aluminum). Founded in 2004, it is a comprehensive enterprise integrating R&D, design, production and sales of aluminum alloy architectural profiles and industrial profiles. With a total investment of 1.09 billion RMB and a plant area of 266,000 square meters, its annual comprehensive production capacity reaches 100,000 tons. Taking technological progress and independent innovation as core development strategies, Haomen Aluminum's products are sold worldwide and widely recognized by domestic and overseas customers.

铝型材制造最终目标是将合格产品交付客户。前期调研中，豪门铝业提出通过信息化管理，实时清晰掌握生产现场物料流转状态，从而整体提升订单交付履约能力。
The ultimate goal of aluminum profile manufacturing is to deliver qualified products to customers. During pre-project research, Haomen Aluminum proposed to adopt information-based management to gain clear visibility of on-site material circulation, so as to comprehensively upgrade order delivery performance.
2. 提升应对产量波动的能力
Enhance Capacity to Cope with Output Fluctuations
市场竞争日趋激烈，快速、精准应对产能波动是制造企业可持续发展的必备条件，因此该项能力建设尤为关键。
Against the backdrop of fierce market competition, fast and accurate response to output volatility is a prerequisite for sustainable development of manufacturers, making this capability extremely important.

通过前期深度调研，精准锚定豪门铝业信息化升级诉求，管之美软件量身打造数智化 ERP 解决方案。项目从流程标准化切入，搭建规范化管理体系，彻底解决生产数据无法快速追溯的痛点；依托 N6-ERP 系统，全面提升车间与办公部门协同效率，打破跨部门信息孤岛，大幅强化企业产能管控与产销预判能力。
Based on in-depth pre-research and clear demand positioning for Haomen Aluminum's IT upgrading, Guanzhimei Software customized a digital ERP solution. Starting from process standardization, we established a standardized management system to thoroughly solve the pain point of untraceable production data. Supported by N6-ERP, the system greatly improved collaboration efficiency between workshop and office departments, eliminated cross-departmental information silos, and significantly strengthened the enterprise's production capacity control and market forecasting ability.

近期豪门铝业 & N6-ERP 项目上线启动大会顺利召开，豪门铝业房总、管之美软件项目负责人及双方项目组全体成员出席本次会议。
Recently, the launch meeting of Haomen Aluminum N6-ERP Project was successfully held. General Manager Fang of Haomen Aluminum, project principals from Guanzhimei Software and all team members of both parties attended the meeting.
管之美项目负责人对项目全周期进行复盘，梳理实施难点与攻克路径，并集中展示数字化落地成果。
The project leader of Guanzhimei reviewed the whole project cycle, sorted out implementation difficulties and solutions, and presented the final digital transformation achievements.

At the meeting, General Manager Fang highly appraised the project outcomes. He stated that the system laid a solid data foundation for finished product quality analysis and production capacity prediction of aluminum profiles. Meanwhile, he affirmed the efficient cooperation between both sides, pointed out that Haomen Aluminum's digital transformation would be further deepened, and the project team would push forward long-term IT operation with iterative thinking.
