近日，我司与新乡市全盈铝业有限公司(以下简称全盈铝业) ERP信息化共建项目顺利完成部署、人员培训与全流程试运行，系统正式全面上线启用。以铝型材行业智慧工厂解决方案，助力全盈铝业标准化、数据化、精细化运营。
Recently, the co-built ERP digitalization project between our company and Xinxiang Quanying Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Quanying Aluminum) has successfully completed system deployment, staff training and full-process trial operation, and the system has been fully put into official use. We empower Quanying Aluminum to realize standardized, data-driven and refined operation with smart factory solutions tailored for the aluminum profile industry.

全盈铝业坐落于新乡市原阳县产业集聚区，是中原地区集铝合金型材研发、定制加工、生产销售于一体的现代化铝材制造企业。公司拥有完整的生产流水线，生产体系完善，产品供应河南及周边多地市场。

本项目自启动以来，管之美软件实施项目组与全盈铝业销售、生产、仓库、财务、管理层各部门紧密协同，分四大阶段稳步推进落地：
Since the launch of this project, the implementation team of Guanzhimei Software has worked closely with the sales, production, warehouse, finance and management departments of Quanying Aluminum, steadily advancing the project in four major phases:
1. 深度需求调研
实地梳理企业现有业务流程，针对定制接单、模具建档、挤压排产、表面处理工序、出入库管控、应收应付等个性化场景，梳理流程节点，剔除冗余环节，搭建贴合企业实际运营的数字化流程框架。
We sorted out the enterprise's existing business processes on-site. For customized order receiving, mold filing, extrusion production scheduling, surface treatment procedures, inbound & outbound inventory control, accounts receivable & payable and other personalized scenarios, we sorted out process nodes, eliminated redundant links, and built a digital process framework matching the enterprise's actual operation.
2. 系统配置与功能定制
基于管之美N6-ERP系统内核，启用订单管理、模具全生命周期管理、生产计划排产、多车间工序流转、材料/成品多仓管理、质量检验、应收应付等核心模块，对企业特色业务进行功能微调与界面适配。
Based on the core of Guanzhimei N6-ERP system, core modules including order management, full-lifecycle mold management, production planning & scheduling, multi-workshop process circulation, multi-warehouse management of raw materials & finished products, quality inspection, accounts receivable & payable were activated. Fine-tuning of functions and interface adaptation were carried out for the enterprise's featured businesses.
3. 历史数据迁移与系统联调
完成公共档案、生产档案、模具资料、期初库存、往来账款等基础数据规范化整理与批量导入，开展多场景单据联调、跨部门流程走单测试，核对每一条业务逻辑，保障系统数据平稳衔接。
Standardized sorting and batch import of basic data including public archives, production records, mold documents, opening inventory, and receivable & payable balances were completed. Joint debugging of documents in multiple scenarios and cross-department process approval tests were conducted to verify every business logic and ensure smooth data connection of the system.
4. 专项培训 + 试运行 + 正式上线
面向ERP操作小组开展专项培训，教学单据录入、流程审批、报表查询；试运行期间实时答疑优化，排查并解决运行问题，确认系统稳定可靠后正式全面上线运行。
Specialized training was provided for the ERP operation team covering document entry, process approval and report query. Real-time Q&A and optimization were delivered during trial operation to troubleshoot operational issues. The system was fully launched officially after verified stable and reliable performance.

业务线上闭环，接单有据可依
客户订单一键录入，自动关联型材规格、表面工艺、数量交期，订单进度全流程可查；客户欠款、历史订单一键查询，销售台账自动生成，杜绝漏单、错单、逾期发货问题。
Customer orders can be entered with one click, automatically associated with profile specifications, surface treatment processes, quantities and delivery dates, and the whole progress of orders can be tracked. Customer arrears and historical orders are available for one-click query, and sales ledgers are generated automatically, eliminating missing orders, wrong orders and delayed delivery.
模具全生命周期数字化管控
模具建档、领用上机、修模报废、库存台账全部线上化，精准统计模具使用频次与损耗情况，解决模具丢失、重复开模、台账混乱问题，降低模具采购与管理成本。
Mold filing, mold pickup for production, mold repair & scrapping, and mold inventory ledgers are all digitalized online. The system accurately counts mold usage frequency and wear, solving problems such as mold loss, repeated mold development and messy ledgers, and cutting mold procurement and management costs.
生产全工序可视，排产更高效
覆盖生产、质检、包装、出库全工序流转，生产任务一键下达车间，管理层可实时查看各产线生产进度、在制工单，插单、改单流程规范可控，生产计划更科学。
It covers the whole process flow of production, quality inspection, packaging and outbound delivery. Production tasks can be assigned to workshops with one click. Management can check the production progress and work-in-process orders of each production line in real time. Rush orders and order modification follow standardized controllable procedures for more scientific production planning.
仓储精准管控，压降库存损耗
原材料、半成品、成品分区仓管，自动生成库存台账，定期盘点差异自动提醒，减少物料浪费与积压库存，提升库存周转效率。
Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are stored in separate warehouse zones. Inventory ledgers are generated automatically, and discrepancies in regular stocktaking trigger automatic reminders, reducing material waste and overstock and improving inventory turnover efficiency.
业财一体化，财务告别重复手工记账
采购入库、销售出库、生产领料单据自动流转至财务模块，应收应付自动归集，月末对账、结账周期大幅缩短，财务数据真实可追溯，规避账务错漏风险。
Documents of procurement warehousing, sales outbound delivery and production material requisition flow to the finance module automatically. Accounts receivable and payable are auto-summarized, greatly shortening the monthly reconciliation and closing cycle. Financial data is authentic and traceable to avoid risks of accounting errors and omissions.
